Originally from northwest Iowa, Dan’s Midwestern values, cultivated while growing up on his family’s farm, carried him through years working in sales, finance, and management. Dan worked in car sales for several years, then in finances for 13 more years before he was promoted to general sales manager. After managing dealerships for a decade and working as a consultant, Dan moved to Naples, obtaining his real estate license in 2015. His Midwestern values have continued to serve as the bedrock of his real estate career, which has grown over the years into hundreds of successful transactions and satisfied clients.
Dan’s appreciation for real estate, deepened by several home remodels of his own, has fueled his drive to deliver the ideal Florida home or condo that meets each client’s needs and budget.
